Acrylic on Canvas Paper
This is just a fun painting. We have had so many drab, sunless days here it was time to get some color into life. Also it was an exercise in trying to see how many different pinks I could get out of the same red and white. This is acrylic paint on a canvas paper. The paper has a coating on it, so it is slick, and lent itself to being able to pull the paint back off, while it was wet, to create some leaf texture and movement in the background.
