This was such a fun piece.  First of all just loved the cat's pose and the mice, well they were cuties too.  Also had a little extra fun with doing some tronpe l'oeil with the mice trying to get out of the picture. 
You might wonder why the four squares, the theme of a show I was going to enter asked for square format.  So you got a square outer edge, a mat and four individual squares that make up the picture.  Ok, maybe a little over kill?
Hmmm, does that cat have his eye open?????
