Scratchboard
Oh boy if this dog could talk. Does he have an attitude or what? This is scratchboard which is india ink spread over layers of clay on masonite. Once you remove the black ink you get the white areas which can then be colored with ink, color pencil or water color. Giving some additional life to the drama of black and white.
